 Custom Appliqué and Tackle Twill
Endless possibilities that is what comes to mind when I think of Appliqué. By definition appliqué is a decoration or ornament, as in needlework, made by cutting pieces of one material and applying them to the surface of another. Appliqué is used usually when you want a bold look to your design but want to keep the stitch count down for affordability. The designs are usually pretty simple but can become as detailed as you would like, incorporating different fabrics with stitching.
 We have many fabrics/twill to choose from they are listed below with descriptions of there basic uses. However, if you have a special type of fabric, maybe a school color or plaid that you would like to use in your design we can cut that too. We have a state of the art cutter that can cut many different types of fabric with impeccable accuracy. We also have many products that do not require sewing but can still give you a custom bold look to your design and heat seal it to almost any garment.
Since appliqué is such a custom process, we prefer to price each job individually. As with any embroidery job, there is digitizing involved in the set-up process. We have thousand of design possibilities in our stock design graphics; many of them can easily be done using a combination of fabric and stitching.  Tackle Twill – Is very versatile made of 100 % polyester twill and can be used on almost any fabric. It is used on most professional athlete’s uniforms.
